Shipping and Handling

Retrocams ships products to almost every country worldwide. To ensure your package arrives safely and promptly, we rely on trusted, major international carriers.

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and shipping details are provided within 3-5 days after processing. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping details will be sent to you via email.

*Please note: If there are stock shortages in our warehouse, we may ship your order from other warehouses located in the US, Europe, or Asia. This can result in delivery times of 2-4 weeks.

Delivery times may vary due to factors like logistics delays or destination-specific issues. While most orders arrive earlier than expected, delays can occur. If your order has not been received within the specified delivery time, please contact us at contact@retrocams.shop for assistance.

Important Reminder

The global COVID-19 pandemic may impact shipping services. Deliveries to addresses outside Europe may take 1-2 months. We appreciate your patience. Rest assured that if your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.

We kindly ask for your understanding if your order takes longer to arrive. The current circumstances are challenging, but we are committed to adapting our processes to meet your needs.


Changing or Cancelling an Order

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. For assistance, email us at contact@retrocams.shop.


Refunds and Exchanges

Lifetime Warranty

We offer 100% replacement for defective, damaged, scratched, or dented items. The lifetime warranty applies to one product only and must be purchased at the same time as the product or before it is received. Once the product has been delivered, the lifetime warranty can no longer be added.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. Please contact us at contact@retrocams.shop. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless a lifetime warranty was purchased for the item.


Refunds and Replacements

If a product has manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving the item.

To process your request, please provide the following details to contact@retrocams.shop:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for replacement or refund
  • Photographic evidence of the product's defect and shipping label

If your case is valid, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the status of your replacement or refund.
