Defective/Damaged Items

For defective/damaged items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Please email us at returns@retrocams.shop. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange unless you have a lifetime warranty on the item in question.

Refund/Replacement

If the product received has manufacturing defects, buyers can request a replacement or refund within 30 days after receiving the item.

To request a replacement or refund, buyers must: Provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to returns@retrocams.shop. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement product!

The following information is required as proof so that we can process your request faster:

Order number
The email address you used to order
Reasons for replacement or refund
Photo of the product and shipping label

You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your replacement or refund request.
